Smart Gravity is transforming the affiliate industry through performance-based marketing and data-driven strategies. We specialize in building high-intent comparison sites across multiple verticals and GEOs, with a strong focus on the EU and US markets. Our model combines precision traffic acquisition with continuous optimization to deliver measurable, scalable results for leading brands.

In this role, you will manage the full partnership cycle, from identifying and approaching new partners to negotiating deals, onboarding, and driving ongoing performance. You’ll take ownership of key affiliate and performance marketing relationships, working to optimize KPIs like EPC, CPA, and CR while uncovering new growth opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to align strategy, resolve issues, and scale results across multiple verticals and GEOs. This position is ideal for someone ready to step up, take initiative, and make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach new affiliate partners, networks, or direct advertisers across relevant verticals and GEOs
  • Manage the full partnership cycle including outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and performance optimization
  • Grow existing relationships by improving campaign performance, upselling, and optimizing results
  • Analyze EPC, CR, CPA, ROI, and other KPIs to identify issues or unlock upside
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to align goals and support partner growth
  • Conduct market and competitor research to spot new trends, verticals, or channels
  • Represent Smart Gravity in partner meetings, video calls, and industry events when needed

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or partnership development
  • Solid understanding of affiliate deal structures including CPL, CPA, and RevShare models, and performance KPIs such as EPC and ROI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency is mandatory)
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with the ability to build lasting partnerships
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance analysis, forecasting, and growth optimization
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities with precision and accountability
  • Fast, independent learner with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong work ethic with a high level of discipline, integrity, and personal standards
  • Experience with platforms such as HasOffers, Voluum, Everflow, or Impact is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, or a related analytical field is preferable
